A PINCH of levity
A smidgen of gravity
We write, we REVEL in
our creativity, our playfulness
A few simple rules:
all caps for easy spotting,
don’t FUDGE the words,
and keep them in order
AWAKE, fresh and eager,
each day to play again
We hope we have given you
a TASTE for wordplay, and
that you have enjoyed
our many and varied offerings
We will continue in private,
though maybe mount one or two,
on simple MATTE paper
to hang on the wall
“WordleWrites” it will say
“microfiction, poems, & proverbs”

a new container to open.

Creativity like dandelion
blowballs held to pursed lips.
Breath dispersing
pappus and cypsela,
otherwise known
as fluff and seed.
Carried away on the wind.
